In 2026, most of us are doing a lot. We are building businesses, tracking workouts, trying to grow online, trying to be present offline, trying to look after ourselves while staying productive. Our planners hold our deadlines, our content schedules, our life admin.

And somewhere along the way, planning can start to feel transactional instead of personal.

I created this sticker pack because I want more of us to romanticise our lives using our planners and wanted something that made planning feel like lifestyle design, not admin. I wanted visual cues that reminded me who I am becoming, not just what I need to do.

If you have not already, download the free sticker pack so you can follow along as you read this.

1. Romanticising Your Life Is About Identity, Not Pinterest

It is not about waking up at 5am. It is not about expensive routines. It is not about performing productivity for Instagram.

It is about reinforcing identity.

When I place the gym set sticker on my weekly spread, I am not decorating. I am reinforcing that I am someone who moves her body.

When I add the gratitude journal, I am reminding myself that I value reflection.

When I use the laptop or keyboard sticker on a focused work block, I am choosing to see myself as a creator, not just someone ticking tasks off.

This matters more than it sounds.

Research around identity based habits shows that we are more likely to follow through on behaviour that matches how we see ourselves. The brain naturally seeks consistency between action and self image. When your planner visually reflects the person you are stepping into, it becomes easier to act like her.

So instead of asking, “What do I need to get done?” try asking, “Who am I becoming this year?”

Choose three stickers that represent that version of you and place them intentionally in your week.

2. Turn Habits Into Aesthetic Rituals

In 2026, we talk a lot about soft productivity. It is less about squeezing more into the day and more about changing the energy of what we already do. Romanticising your life does not mean adding more goals. It means upgrading the feeling of the routines you already have.

Add the candle or coffee sticker to your Sunday reset so it feels like a ritual instead of a checklist. Use the money stack or passport on days you are reviewing finances or planning travel so it feels expansive instead of restrictive. Place the book stack on evenings you are protecting for reading instead of scrolling, and let it signal that this time is intentional.

Repeated visual anchors create emotional association. If planning feels calm and curated, your nervous system begins associating it with safety rather than pressure. Over time, that shift changes your relationship with productivity entirely.

Add one aesthetic detail from the pack to your next planning session and pay attention to how it feels. Subtle shifts in atmosphere can change your follow through more than adding another goal ever could.

3. Edit, Do Not Overdecorate

There is something important to understand here. Romanticising your life is about editing, not adding.

In 2026, clarity feels luxurious. White space signals control. Cohesive tones prevent visual overwhelm. When everything is loud, nothing stands out.

I personally use two or three stickers per page. That is enough to reinforce identity without cluttering the layout. The goal is not to cover every corner. It is to highlight what matters.

The sticker pack was intentionally designed in soft, cohesive colours so it enhances your spread instead of overwhelming it. It should support your planning, not compete with it.

4. Romanticising Is About Intention

You do not need a completely new routine. You do not need to become a different person overnight. You need intentional cues that remind you who you are building in real time.

Your planner can become a visual reflection of your identity. Every sticker you place is a small decision about what you value and what you are prioritising.

Download the free That Girl aesthetic sticker pack, open your planner, choose three identity stickers and design tomorrow with intention. Not to impress anyone, but to quietly reinforce the life you are stepping into.
