Great question! A paper planner is your trusty notebook—but a digital planner gives you all the same organization plus a little extra magic.
With a digital planner, you can tap between pages, erase without mess, duplicate as many pages as you need, and take it everywhere on your tablet.
You still get that satisfying pen-to-page feel (just with a stylus), but without carrying around a chunky notebook or running out of space.
All you need is a PDF annotation app—these are the apps that let you “write” on a PDF file. Some of the most popular ones are:
If your app can open a PDF and lets you use a stylus, you’re good to go!
Yes, as long as you’re using a tablet with a stylus (like an Apple Pencil or S Pen), you’re all set.
This planner works beautifully on:
iPads + Apple Pencil
Samsung tablets + S Pen
Android tablets with stylus support
It’s not designed for phones or laptops, this is meant to feel like a real planner in your hands, just digital.
These planners don’t automatically sync with your digital calendar but they do come with built-in shortcuts that make adding events incredibly easy.
With just a tap on a calendar button, a pop-up opens in your Google Calendar or Apple Calendar and event details for that day are auto filled. You can review and save it from there with no manual typing needed.
It’s not a full sync since you’ll need to tap the shortcut each time but that gives you more control over what gets added to your digital calendar while keeping your planner clean and flexible.
Once your payment goes through Etsy will email you a download link. You can also log into your account and find your files under “Purchases and Reviews” any time you need them.
Yes, a lot of work has gone into making my planners extremely interactive.
You can tap through sections tabs months and pages without scrolling. It is smooth intuitive and makes planning feel effortless.
This version is made for screen use only. It is not set up for printing since the interactive features would not carry over.
If you’re after printable planners, take a peek at the other listings in the shop.
Yes as long as it is for your personal use. You can use the planner across multiple devices like an iPad and a tablet. If you are buying for someone else please purchase an additional copy for them.
This usually means you’re in the wrong mode. Goodnotes has two main modes: Edit Mode and Read Only Mode.
In Edit Mode, you can write, draw, highlight, and use tools like the lasso. But while you’re in this mode, the hyperlinks won’t work.
In Read Only Mode, you can tap and use all the hyperlinks, but you won’t be able to write or draw.
To switch to Read Only Mode and activate the links, tap the pencil icon in the top right corner of your screen. That will turn editing off and let you use the planner’s interactive tabs and buttons.
Still stuck? Double check that the pencil icon is not selected, it’s the easiest fix.
Yes absolutely. Most apps let you add remove or duplicate pages however you like.
You can tailor the planner to fit your needs whether that means removing unused pages or copying your favorite ones.
