Delivery and Refunds
Everything at Live Love Planners is a digital download, so there's nothing to post and nothing to wait for. Here's how delivery works and what happens if something goes wrong.
Delivery
How you get your files
- Straight away: as soon as your payment goes through, you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page.
- By email: we also send the download link to the email address you used at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
No physical items are shipped.
File formats
Most products come as PDF files, and some include other formats such as PNG sticker files, Goodnotes files or spreadsheet templates. The product page lists exactly what's included and which apps and devices it works with, so please check that before you buy.
Keep a copy
Once you've downloaded your files, save them somewhere safe like iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox so you always have a backup.
Product updates
Every now and then I update products to fix something or add new pages. Updates are free for anyone who has already bought the product, and I'll email you if there's a big one.
Refunds
Digital downloads can't be returned
Because you get instant access to the files, all sales are final and I can't offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been delivered, except where the law says otherwise.
If something's wrong with your files
If a file won't download, won't open, or isn't what the product page described, email me and I'll sort it out. That might mean sending a fresh link, a corrected file, or a refund if the problem can't be fixed.
Check compatibility before you buy
I test my products on the most common devices and apps, but I can't guarantee they'll work on every device or piece of software. Please check the compatibility section on the product page first. I can help with problems downloading or opening your files, but not with issues caused by your own device, software or internet connection.
Personal use only
Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't share, resell or pass on the files to anyone else.
