These terms apply when you use liveloveplanners.com or buy anything from Live Love Planners. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have any questions, email hello@liveloveplanners.com.

1. Who we are

Live Love Planners is a trading name of Sky Dynamix Co, 77 Avery Hill Rd, London SE9 2BJ, United Kingdom. Our full business details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Our products

Everything we sell is a digital download, such as planners, templates, stickers and spreadsheets. No physical items are sent. Each product page lists what's included and which devices and apps it works with. Please check this before you buy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken in full at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before your order is processed and you can choose to cancel.

4. Delivery

Your download link appears on the confirmation page straight after payment, and we email it to you as well. Full details are on our Delivery and Refunds page.

5. Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download has started, as long as you agreed to get immediate access and understood you would lose the right to cancel. You give that agreement when you buy.

6. Faulty files and refunds

If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Apart from this, digital purchases are non-refundable. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. See our Delivery and Refunds page for details.

7. Licence: what you can do with our products

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You can:

  • use the files on your own devices
  • print pages for your own use

You can't:

  • share, resell, give away or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
  • upload them to file-sharing sites or shared drives
  • use them, or any part of them, in products you sell
  • claim the designs as your own

All designs, text, graphics and files remain the property of Live Love Planners.

8. Free resources

The freebies we offer are covered by the same personal-use licence. Please share the link to our website rather than the files themselves.

9. Our products aren't professional advice

Our planners, trackers and blog posts are organisational tools and general information. They are not financial, medical, legal or mental health advice. If you need advice for your own situation, please speak to a qualified professional.

10. Links and affiliate links

Our website and blog may link to other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. More details are in our Disclaimer.

11. Using our website

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to get unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or copying content for commercial use. We try to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, because our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
