How you get your files

• Straight away: as soon as your payment goes through, you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page.
• By email: we also send the download link to the email address you used at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

No physical items are shipped.

File formats

Most products come as PDF files, and some include other formats such as PNG sticker files, Goodnotes files or spreadsheet templates. The product page lists exactly what's included and which apps and devices it works with, so please check that before you buy.

Keep a copy

Once you've downloaded your files, save them somewhere safe like iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox so you always have a backup.

Product updates

Every now and then I update products to fix something or add new pages. Updates are free for anyone who has already bought the product, and I'll email you if there's a big one.
