I don’t know about you, but I’m going into 202

I don’t know about you, but I’m going into 2026 wanting things to feel calmer and more intentional. I’m tired of feeling behind before the day’s even started, so I’m focusing on doing a few things better instead of trying to do everything.

Here’s what’s helping me reset:

• I’m getting clear on what I actually want from 2026, not just vague goals
• I’m keeping my daily routine simple so it’s easier to stick to
• I’m checking in with my mood and energy, not just my to-do list
• I’m noticing small wins instead of brushing past them
• I’m making space for self-care and reflection, even if it’s just a few minutes

Nothing dramatic, just small shifts that make life feel more manageable.
